Course Description
Our physical education and health program aims to expose our students to a variety of practical and theory contexts. We hope that through these avenues our students can develop interpersonal skills and relevant decision making.
Units covered:
- Healthy relationships and sexuality
- Communities count
- Alcohol and drugs
- Mental health
- Social media - impact on self and others
- Adventure based learning
- Non-traditional games
- Basic biomechanics
- Water safety day
